SNIPER ATTACK 1 | |
| Sniper attacked driver of first vehicle in an 8 vehicle convoy. Intention to disable first vehicle to block remaining convoy and continue attacking. Vehicle successfully blocked attack and all 25 persons escaped unharmed. | )

SNIPER ATTACK 2 | |
| Sniper attacked convoy at intersection. Attack came from upper floor in building. Vehicles were known to be armored since sniper attacked door seams. 2 extremely accurate shots with 1 inch of each other. | )

ATTEMPTED ASSASSINATION | |
| VIP in back seat of vehicle was the target in this attack. Gunmen planned to assassinate target at intersection and were unaware of vehicle armoring. Attempt to kill the VIP was blocked by Streit Manufacturing. Armored vehicle and occupants escaped without harm. | )

MULTIPLE ATTACKERS | |
| This vehicle was lead vehicle in a small convoy. Attack began with 2 small IED explosions as vehicle passes. This is an attempt to confuse the driver and alert the gunmen positioned on the street that the convoy is approaching. | ) |
| Attack continued as vehicle runs the gauntlet through the street lined with gunmen. Result is many shots through all points in the vehicle body but all bullets are blocked by armoring and convoy proceeds safely back to base. | |
ATTACK ON VEHICLE TIRES | |
| A common practise is to attack vehicle tires to disable the vehicles. | ) |
| Streit Manufacturing uses run flat inserts in all tires as standard protection from this type of attack. |  |
| This allows the vehicle to continue to drive even after severe attack which deflate tire. Vehicle can continue up to 50km on run flat tire. | ) |
IED ATTACK | |
| IED's Improvised Explosive Devices) have become a common method of attack of vehicle. It is not possible to protect against all IED's since the power and shrapnel used varies dramatically. | )

DISABLE ENGINE | |
| At times, an attack will attempt to disable a vehicle by targeting the engine. Although vehicles can continue out of the 'attack zone' with shot radiators and batteries, Streit Manufacturing Inc. can provide additional protection. | ) |

ROLLOVER AFTER HEAD ON CRASH | |

| This Ford Excursion sustained damage to front of vehicle after a head-on crash and than lost control and rolled 2.5 times landing on roof. In this case, the armored passenger compartment provided exceptional rollover protection. Vehicle body experienced no crushing and all occupants survived unharmed. | |
