Performance Management

  • Design and oversee performance management systems that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate the development of individual performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Foster a positive organizational culture that encourages employee engagement, collaboration, and inclusivity.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances, implementing effective resolution strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular market analyses to inform salary structures and benefits offerings.

Compliance and Policy Development

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.

HR Analytics and Reporting

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends, inform decision-making, and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present HR reports to senior management and the board as required.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Implement strategies to increase representation and support underrepresented groups within the organization.
