A dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team in Ras Al Khaimah. This is a multifaceted role focused on driving growth within the global defense and military vehicle industry

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, managing high-level client relationships, and overseeing awarded projects for armored vehicle production. You will play a pivotal role in representing the company at international exhibitions and securing contracts with government and diplomatic sectors. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Conduct market research and develop targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. 
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients, agents, and partners within the defense and government sectors. 
  • Client Relations: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. 
  • Negotiation & Proposals: Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms. 
  • International Representation: Represent STREIT at global trade shows, defense expos, and lead client delegation visits. 
  • Project Oversight: Manage awarded projects, ensuring timelines and delivery schedules are met in coordination with production and logistics teams. 

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the defense or automotive industry. 
  • Skills: Proven track record in lead generation, high-level negotiations, and strategic thinking. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling technical presentations. 
  • Travel: Willingness to travel abroad to meet with international clients and attend exhibitions.
