We provide continuous quality and safety controls and permanent development of processes for achieving high levels of manufactured products and provided services.
The Quality Management System (QMS) – Built on global ISO 9001 standards. The adoption of a quality management system is a strategic decision that improves our overall performance and provides a sound basis for sustainable development initiatives. The QMS defines the key processes in terms to achieve results.
Planning - Established Quality objectives implement and control the processes needed to meet the requirements for the planned provision of products and services. It will set our goals by process approach, and risk-based thinking. Addressing risks and opportunities establishes a basis for increasing the effectiveness of planning, achieving improved results, and preventing negative effects. Research and Development– Our flexible engineering team based on research knowledge and a deep understanding of the customer's expectations, establishes and develops the design of our products, with the ability to quickly adapt to the needs and requirements of customers. We determine and select opportunities for improvement and implement any necessary actions to meet and enhance Customer satisfaction.
Resources – Streit Group provide and maintain environments and infrastructure with various state-of-the-art production facilities necessary for the operation of its processes and strive to achieve new milestones that fulfill market requirements.
Leadership - For the execution of quality policy Top management demonstrates leadership and commitment with respect to the QMS. Top management reviews the company's performance, at planned intervals, to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, effectiveness, and alignment with the strategic direction of the organization.
This Policy forms the basis for setting quality objectives and includes commitments that meet the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
