- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and meet workforce needs.
- Implement and manage talent development programs, including training, mentorship, and succession planning.
Performance Management
- Design and oversee performance management systems that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate the development of individual performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Foster a positive organizational culture that encourages employee engagement, collaboration, and inclusivity.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, implementing effective resolution strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Conduct regular market analyses to inform salary structures and benefits offerings.
Compliance and Policy Development
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
HR Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess workforce trends, inform decision-making, and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management and the board as required.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Implement strategies to increase representation and support underrepresented groups within the organization.
