Position:Payroll Accountant

Job Summary

position reports to the Accounting Manager.  This position is responsible
for all Payroll Functions.  The Payroll accountant follows established
Policies and Procedures to ensure that employee compensation, benefits and
deductions are accurate.  This position ensures that payroll related
Reports and Payroll are accurate and timely filed.  This position works
with the Accounting Manager, as well as the offices of Human Resources. 


Responsible for monthly processing payroll, paying
commissions, overtime, bonuses and other compensation as necessary.

Responsibilities include obtaining proper approval.

Communicating, information Payroll provider, tracking
advances, deductions, and reconciliation.

Review compensation related general ledger activity.

Work closely with HR to ensure proper transactions for new
hires, terminations and internal transfers

Assist with payroll team in working with Payroll Accounting
to gather all necessary information, templates and reports.

Employee Bonus calculation and disbursement

& Requirements :

Bachelor degree in Accounting and ACCA or

5 to 7 years’ experience in Payroll processing
and/or time reporting administration in UAE

Proficiency in System/PC applications (Microsoft
Office and SAP)

Other Qualities: –  Attention to detail,
quick learner and internally motivated to seek for answers and ideas. • Strong
interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills and ability to
communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization
