Position: Salesforce Administrator & Developer

job Summary: The purpose of this position is to oversee the procurement function within the Group. Responsible of obtaining quality supplies at competitive pricing in a timely manner, This involves pre-qualifying suppliers in line with organization expectations and safeguarding with alternatives in the event of price changes or supply shortages. Raise purchase orders, oversee the inventory receiving process.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage supplier and adherence to policies

  • Coordinate production schedules with Production and stock levels.
  • Be instrumental in setting up new procurement & purchasing agreements with suppliers.
  • Day to day management of a team of Procurement staff
  • Evaluating supplier’s products as per standards.
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreement.
  • Analyze and review company supplier agreements including terms, payment, delivery & logistics to ensure efficiencies / cost reduction.

Knowledge & Skills

Minimum 10 – 15 years of experience in a manufacturing company as procurement manager for direct & indirect spend.

  • Management experience of at least 3 people is critical Minimum Education:
  • Masters degree preferably  and Graduate from reputed institute/University


  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Good administration background, customer support, Logistics, Operations,
  • Working knowledge of SAP or Oracle.
